Redevelops salvaged boiler facilities from the former Fraser Pulp Mill into the advanced environmentally friendly, state-of-the-art, 75 megawatt electricity generating Burgess Biopower plant. The plant will burn approximately 750,000 tons of biomass a year supports hundred of jobs in the forestry industry.
