At CEI Capital Management, we work with companies that share our triple-bottom-line commitment to social equity and environmental sustainability or that serve as drivers of job creation or economic development within their communities.
Funds can be used for multiple purposes, including:
- Working Capital;
- Equipment Purchase; and/or
- Facility Construction/Renovation/Expansion
Financing can be structured in a variety of ways to best meet your business’s needs, including:
- Senior Debt;
- Subordinated Debt;
- Equity/Venture Capital; and/or
- Equity-like financing such as cash flow notes/revenue loans.
All of our projects are financed through New Markets Tax Credit Programs and have a minimum seven-year term, with the majority of our debt offerings featuring extended interest-only periods and/or below market rates.
Financing amounts typically range from $5 million to $20 million, though larger financing needs may be accommodated through partnering with our industry peers.
